About WayneAs a professional keynote speaker, workshop/seminar facilitator and organizational consultant, Wayne Parker has worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations to grow, change and succeed. Wayne's background includes 20 years of experience in training, administration and management. He has trained hundreds of people in the areas of sexual harassment prevention, time management, life/work balance issues and customer service. He is also recognized for his experience and skills in the areas of leading change, vision development, leadership development, strategic planning and goal setting, human resource development and team building.

Biographical Information
Wayne Parker has a
long history of working with organizations large and small to help them
achieve their vision. He has served as chief executive officer or chief operating officer of organizations up to 700 employees with a $140 million annual budget.
He has also worked in the Utah Governor's Office, implementing the state's strategic planning
and performance measurement effort. His work contributed to the State's designation by Financial
World magazine as the best managed state in the United States.
Wayne received a master's degree from the J. Willard Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. The Marriott School is one of the top 25 business schools in the nation. He has also been an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Missouri International University in Kansas City and at Stevens Henager College of Business in Utah.

Wayne is married and the father of five active children. He has been a
