A Challenge With Sexual Harrassment

Wayne was called in to work with a public sector organization that had a culture that permitted sexual harassment. An incident in which an employee had been subjected to a variety of hostile work environment actions caused the organization to call Wayne. A training approach focusing first on teaching respect in the workplace and then on the specifics of sexual harassment laws helped make a major cultural and behavioral change in this work unit.

The key to managing stress is to find ways to capitalize on "good stress" and to cope with negative stressors.
